Data controller
Casa Pantoja Xul-Há, located at Avenida Adolfo López Mateos, 77963 Xul-Há, Quintana Roo, is responsible for processing the personal data you give us, under Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.
What we collect
- Name, email and phone number when you request a booking or write to us.
- Stay dates, number of guests and the spaces you choose.
- Official ID details, which we only check on arrival.
- Anonymous browsing data (pages viewed, device, traffic source).
We do not store card details. If you pay a deposit online, the payment platform processes it and we only receive the confirmation.
How we use it
- To confirm availability, your booking and your arrival.
- To issue receipts and meet tax obligations.
- To answer your messages on WhatsApp, by phone or by email.
- To understand how the site is used and improve our advertising.
Who we share it with
Only with the providers needed to operate: the payment platform, the email service that sends your confirmation, and analytics and advertising services (Google Analytics and Meta). We do not sell your data.
Cookies and analytics
Google Analytics 4 loads only if you accept measurement. Accept or decline and change your choice through “Cookie preferences” in the footer. We remember your choice for 180 days. Declining does not prevent quotes or WhatsApp contact. We do not send Analytics your name, notes or request text. The Meta pixel is not active.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, cancellation or opposition to the processing of your data, or withdraw your consent, by messaging us on WhatsApp at 614 588 5665 or by email. We reply within 20 business days.
Changes to this notice
If we change this notice, we will publish the new version on this page with its update date.
