Booking policies

Times
- Check-in from 15:00.
- Check-out by 11:00 at the latest.
- If you need different times, message us on WhatsApp and we will check that day's bookings.
Rates and taxes
Published prices for accommodations and groups are per night and include taxes. Where a base rate plus taxes is stated, it is shown separately from the final price. When you quote your dates you will see the subtotal, VAT (16%), the lodging tax (5%) and the total, before you confirm anything.
Groups
- Booking 3 spaces or more applies a 15% discount on the lodging, before taxes. It is applied automatically.
- The whole property (9 units, up to 29 guests) has a flat rate of MX$9,650 per night plus taxes.
Deposit and balance
- To hold your dates we ask for a 30% deposit of the total.
- The balance is paid on arrival.
- While online payment is not yet live, we confirm and hold your dates over WhatsApp.
Cancellations
- Free cancellation up to 15 days before your arrival date: we refund the full deposit.
- Within 15 days of arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.
- If you do not arrive and do not tell us, the first night is charged.
Minimum stay
2 nights, whether you book one space or several. Over long weekends and in high season a longer minimum may apply; if so, the quote will tell you when you pick your dates.
House rules
- Only guests registered on the booking may enter. Visitors are not allowed.
- We ask the lead guest for official ID on arrival.
- Please respect other guests' rest, especially at night.
- No smoking inside the rooms, cabins or apartments.
- The number of guests may not exceed the capacity of the space booked.
Groups
You can book several spaces in a single request. For larger groups, message us on WhatsApp and we will arrange it with you.
