Bacalar with a large group: planning accommodation
Sleeping arrangements first, quotes next: prepare a stay that works for everyone.
· updated
Planning a group trip starts with knowing who sleeps where. Before comparing totals, gather dates, guest numbers and each family’s needs.
Check sleeping arrangements
Ask for beds, hammocks and capacity in each unit. Distinguish maximum capacity from the arrangement that feels comfortable for your group. Check stairs and which services each space shares.
Five questions before booking
- How many people fit in each unit, and in which beds or hammocks?
- Which areas are shared with other guests?
- What is the minimum stay and total for the selected dates?
- What deposit and cancellation terms apply?
- What rules apply to common areas and quiet hours?
Accommodation and gatherings
If travelling for a wedding, retreat or other gathering, check the event venue separately from accommodation. Booking a stay does not authorise events on the property. Ask about any special requirements before confirming.
Casa Pantoja for groups
Casa Pantoja has nine units and a maximum capacity of 29 guests. Capacities include hammocks where applicable; check the layout before assigning places. The minimum stay is two nights.
See the groups page for accommodation options and request a quote with dates and guest numbers. Confirm availability and terms for your particular combination.
Plans beyond the property
Arrange transport, meals and water access too. Casa Pantoja has no direct lagoon access: the water is approximately a one-minute walk away, and two bathing facilities charge admission not included in your stay.
